Tigs Fishing Club was founded in 2023 with a simple but powerful goal: to bring together a community of passionate, like-minded fishing enthusiasts from across our local region. Whether you're into surfcasting, kayak fishing, chasing kingies offshore, or just soaking up the serenity of the shoreline, Tigs is all about sharing the stoke and creating unforgettable experiences on the water.

A place where beginners and seasoned anglers alike can connect, swap stories, learn from each other, and explore the incredible variety our coastline has to offer. From casual weekend missions to organised comps and meetups, we aim to support every kind of fishing adventure.

We’re proud to host events like our annual ‘King of the Harbour’ kayak fishing comp, which welcomes all skill levels and celebrates the spirit of friendly competition. With awesome sponsors and great prizes, it’s a highlight of the summer and a perfect way to get involved.
